Barr. Collins is the board secretary of Domak Shelter Ltd. His office is responsible for ensuring that Domak Shelter complies with standard financial and legal practice and maintains standards of corporate governance.
Barr. Eseoghene Edor is the legal secretary of Domak Shelter Ltd., her office provide legal advice at all times. She has a thorough understanding of the laws that affect her areas of work due to her academic and professional background as a barrister.
Engr. Rafael Angel Callejasrios who is a Spanish national has double honours in Civil Engineering and Mining Engineering with expertise in constructions of buildings, bridges, mass housing, luxury homes and developing building technology.
Mr. Abba Ishaq as the Executive Director Projects & Mobilization supports the development and iterative revision of Domak's performance tracking tools for effective project management. His office is responsible for ensuring that all relevant resource mobilization activities are developed, coordinated and implemented in the most efficient and effective way that is in line with industry best practices.
Doris is the Executive Director Finance & Accounts for Domak Shelter Ltd. Her office is responsible for the processing and payment of invoices and contract payments, generating reports and other accounting and finance functions as needed to ensure accurate, timely payments and financial reporting. Her office is also responsible for presenting the annual budget, statement of accounts and audit reports, to the Finance and Accounts Committee and to the Management Council.
