What is the Development Infrastructure Levy?
The Development Infrastructure Levy (DIL) is a contribution towards major civil infrastructure in Domak Garden City, Karshi including drainage, roads, intersections, and recreational open spaces.
Do I need to pay the levy?
The DIL contribution needs to be paid by a developer or owner, when they start developing land Domak Garden City, Karshi. Residents and landowners who are not developing their land will not be affected.
How much is the levy and when does it need to be paid?
The Cost of Infrastructure and Documentation/Legal fee have been merged together and spread across 3 years (36 Months). Please, be informed that the cost of Documentation/Legal fee is equivalent to 10% of the Cost of your Land.
For commercial developments, payment is required before works commence. If a development is proposed without the subdivision of land, payment is required prior to the issue of a building permit.
The developer can elect to pay the Development infrastructure levy on behalf on the new landowners prior to statement of compliance being issued for each stage.
Sale or transfer of land in Domak Garden City, Karshi does not in itself trigger a development contribution payment.
